By accessing or using PrepMaster, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the App.

2. Description of Service

PrepMaster is an AI-powered interview practice application that provides:

  • AI-simulated interview sessions
  • Voice-based interview practice
  • Interview performance reports and feedback
  • Points-based access to premium features

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You may sign in using Google or Apple authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

3.2 Account Requirements

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the App
  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You may not create multiple accounts
  • You are responsible for any activity on your account

4. Points and Payments

4.1 Points System

PrepMaster uses a points-based system for accessing interview sessions.

4.2 Purchases

  • All purchases are processed through Google Play Store or Apple App Store
  • Prices are displayed before purchase confirmation
  • Points are credited immediately upon successful payment

4.3 Refunds

Refund requests should be directed to the respective app store according to their refund policies.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
  • Upload malicious code or content
  • Impersonate others or provide false information
  • Use automated tools or bots
  • Share your account with others

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content are owned by PrepMaster and are protected by intellectual property laws.

7. AI-Generated Content

Interview feedback and suggestions are generated by AI and should be used as guidance only. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content.

8. Limitation of Liability

PrepMaster shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
