Warning: This action cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently deleted.

How to Delete Your Account

Step 1: Open the App

Launch PrepMaster on your device and make sure you're logged in.

Step 2: Go to Settings

Tap on the profile icon and navigate to Settings.

Step 3: Account Settings

Find and tap on 'Account Settings' or 'Account Management'.

Step 4: Delete Account

Tap 'Delete Account' and confirm your decision. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.

Alternative: Contact Support

If you're unable to delete your account through the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us. Please include your registered email address in the request.

  • Your account information (email, name, profile)
  • Interview history and reports
  • Points balance and purchase history
  • All preferences and settings
